How and when will I receive my purchased product?

As soon as you complete checkout you will be redirected to aa download page for immediate download, and/or an email link will be sent to you. You will have a specific delivery timeframe and must download your files right away. The download link will only be valid for a short amount of time. 

What do I need to do to access my purchased product?

As soon as you complete checkout you will be able to download files. Save them to your computer or hard drive so you can access them at all times.

What if I don’t receive my purchase?

If you are not redirected to the download page, check you email as a download link will be sent there too. Make sure to check your spam folder as sometimes emails can go there. 

Can I access my product on multiple devices?

Once you have downloaded the files you will be able to access them on your computer. If you use the cloud or sync your devices then you will be able to access them on your phone or tablet too.

What file types are supported?

All our e-books are in PFD format and can be opened in programs like Adobe Acrobat reader or any other generic reader that supports PDF files. The affirmations are mp3 and can be opened and played on your computers music app (such as iTunes) as well as being opened in QuickTime player, VSL player, etc.

Is there a specific software or device required to view this product?

You will need access to your built-in PDF reader/e-reader that all computers come with. It is highly recommended that you download all content to a computer and save it there, as downloading to a phone may have limitations and as a result some of the files may not download or save to your device.
